Bienvenue au Gîte du Logis du Capitaine classé 4 étoiles, avec jardin privé et Wifi . Vivez la mer ! tout au long de l’année. Notre maison de vacances de 55 m2 est la location idéale pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Avec ses deux chambres, il peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes et est certifié Label Clévacances 3 clés
Située dans un quartier calme, cette location offre un grand confort dans un environnement paisible. Elle a une histoire riche en tant qu'ancienne capitainerie et percepteur des taxes au 18e et 19e siècle. Cette propriété - La Joséphine- qui a donné son nom à la rue, est présente sur le cadastre militaire de 1700 et le cadastre napoléonien de 1827. Le puits historique y est inscrit. (sécurisé)
Le logis du Capitaine, est situé dans la propriété historique de François de l’Isle du Fief, labellisée au Patrimoine. Il bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié, à seulement 300 mètres du port des pécheurs du Pont Neuf et à 5 minutes des plages, de l’Ile de Noirmoutier et de l’embarcadère de l’Ile d’Yeu. Supermarché et commerces à moins de 500m.
La location se compose d’un salon-salle à manger et d’une cuisine séparée. Au rez de chaussée, vous trouverez un confortable canapé-lit de 120cm, un local technique pour vos bagages, ainsi que des toilettes et un lavabo séparés. A l’étage, il y a une chambre avec un lit de 140 cm, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits superposés en 90 cm. Une salle de bain avec une douche balnéo, sèche-serviette électrique et une toilette supplémentaire. Nous pouvons également fournir gratuitement un lit bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Tarif tout doux en longue durée, hors saison.
Pour votre confort, veuillez noter que les draps, taies d’oreiller, serviettes de toilette et linge de cuisine doivent être apportés par le locataire. Cependant, un kit jetable peut être fourni sur demande. En140cm-2 draps-2 taies 13€. En 90cm-2 draps-1taie 8€. (taie 60X60cm)
Nous sommes également engagés dans une location éco-responsable, avec l'eau et l'électricité incluses jusqu'à 40€ par semaine. Au-delà de cette limite, une facturation supplémentaire sera appliquée. Chaque maison dispose de compteurs individuels pour une gestion précise. (40€, est une consommation maximum, pour 90% des locataires)
Le logis du Capitaine, labellisée au Patrimoine, a appartenu au Capitaine du Port le Pont Neuf aux 18e et 19e siècle, à La Barre de Monts/Fromentine. Trois des cinq plages se trouvent à l'orée de la forêt, à seulement 5 minutes de la location. Les activités proposées vont des vacances et escapades, au télétravail, en passant par les sports nautiques, la pêche en mer, la marche ou le vélo. Il y a également une plage réservée au naturisme.
Profitez également de notre Wifi gratuit haut débit en fibre optique, pour rester connecté pendant votre séjour, vacances ou télétravail. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans votre jardin clos fleuri et paysagé, salon de jardin, bains de soleil, barbecue au charbon de bois ou pommes de pin à volonté, à ramasser dans la forêt en bordure de plage.
Votre cour-jardin a remporté plusieurs prix de fleurissement. 1er Prix communal de 2016 à 2023. Prix départemental 2016. (Une participation autorisée)
Nous sommes heureux d'accueillir les animaux domestiques, mais veuillez noter qu'ils doivent toujours rester sous la surveillance de leurs propriétaires. Vous disposez d'un stationnement privé sur la propriété pour une voiture, d'un parking gratuit à l'extérieur pour vos invités. De plus, un ponton est disponible au port du Pont Neuf (à 300 mètres) pour les bateaux jusqu'à 6 mètres, sur réservation et gratuit.
Que vous veniez en été ou en hiver, Fromentine est un authentique village de bord de mer aux portes des îles vendéennes d'Yeu et de Noirmoutier. Vous pourrez profiter de ses 5 plages de sable fin, dont une réservée aux naturistes, ainsi que de la magnifique forêt domaniale de 600 hectares le long des dunes littorales. Le marais vendéen, avec ses prairies et ses polders, est également un trésor protégé à découvrir. Notre communauté de communes, le Pays de Monts, vous accueille gratuitement sur ses 18 km de plages.
De nombreuses activités vous attendent, que ce soient des sentiers pédestres et des pistes cyclables balisés, des activités nautiques telles que le char à voile, la voile, le kitesurf, le paddle, la plongée et la pêche en mer, ou encore des activités aériennes comme le saut en parachute en tandem. Nombreux concerts et spectacles gratuits en saison. Vous pourrez également visiter une cinquantaine de châteaux et sites historiques, ainsi que des attractions telles que le Parc du Puy du Fou, Kulmino, le Musée Historial-Mémorial de Vendée, l'Écomusée maraîchin, le Daviaud, le départ du Vendée Globe et bien d'autres encore. Une quinzaine de restaurants, pizzerias, bars, lounge bar. Médecins, pharmaciens, kinésithérapeutes, infirmières, aides à domicile.
