Description

A modern and luxury apartment with private roof terrace located in the district of Punta Prima. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped so that guests feel comfortable. It has a completely equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The lounge area opens onto the terrace. It has also a private terrace solarium which offers a nice view of the park and the sea.

The complex is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 mins from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance. A residents private pool and sauna are found in the community area.

“First Class Accomodation, modern, clean + value for money”

Apartment Ines is a fabulous apartment tastefully furnished with all the home comforts you require. The apartment is set in a quiet residential area but is close enough to walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. There is access to a communal pool which was rarely busy, clean and well maintained. A small beach and promenade are a 20 minute walk and there are several beach bars. There are many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. For lovely Italian food, excellent service and value for money I would recommend Puccini. If you like Indian food Lal Qila is superb offering a deal between 6pm and 8.30pm of starter, main course, rice or naan and a small beer, glass of wine or soft drink for 9.95 euros. Overall I would recommend this apartment to couples or small families alike.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review! Please be informed that the question with the smell was solved a day after your departure. Everything is ok and I have it confirmed by the key holder and guests who are now staying there. The instruction how the air-condition works was given to you on 2 occasions by Natalie. First when she brought you to the apartment; then she phoned you to explained it again. As regards the hob, it is a new Touch Control Ceramic Hob and works perfectly well. Again, thank you for your feedback, even if negative.
