3 bedroom 2 bath house.

Great house located within walking distance to the Vanderbilt Beach near the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Delnor-Wiggins State park beach rated one of the top 10 beaches in USA.

Outstanding location just a few blocks to the white sandy Vanderbilt Beach,The house has a updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Open floor plan for easy entertaining and gathering for families and friends.

Relax and enjoy a meal on the screened Lanai, or take a dip in the Heated swimming pool. If you'd prefer the beach a quick 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride in the car will take you to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor- Wigins state park beach. Dine at the Ritz, work on your tan and go for a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf.

Three bedrooms the master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen tv and on suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

The family room has queen size pullout sleeper sofa.

Prepare a gourmet meal inside or barbecue on the grill outside.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood please refrain from inappropriate behavior.
Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years old.
Pool Rules - No Diving and no glass around pool.
Maximum of 3 cars in drive way. NO parking on street or on the grass. Weddings, Party's or Events are NOT allowed.
If there are any questions or issues arise please contact me as soon as possible.

Response from the owner Lots of noise and guest Rosa not abiding by the rules of the house. Upon moving into the house at night after 1 am in the morning the guests decided to play loud music and loud yelling of profanities in the back yard disturbing the neighbors. After my neighbors called me. I called the guest Rosa and she hung up the phone on me without listening. After I contacted the Flipkey Representative the guest finally turned the music down so the people living next door can go to sleep. As far as the pool heat is concerned it needed in the fall and winter season not when its over 90 degrees outside. Would not rent to these guest again because they can not follow simple rules of common courtesy.

Response from the owner The house is as advertised everything is in working condition the furniture is in great condition and decorated by a professional decorator. You can see all the furniture in the pictures. All the ceilings are freshly painted and no trim is coming away from the wall. At the time of guest stay the temperature at night was in the 50’s degree range that is why the air conditioning was not on. Every bedroom in the house has ceiling fans which the guest refused to use to stay cool. Every time the guest would contact me I responded within 15 minutes. The guest was asking me if they can stay longer than a week and I indicated to them that I had no availability. Sadly a missed opportunity for the travelers to enjoy our house and their vacation time in Naples.
