This 40 m² fully air conditioned apartment ( from 2017. with free Wifi ) occupies the left half of the villa's ground floor, ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends far away from the tourist crowds yet close to all the comforts of the town ( 900 meter from beach and diving center).
The apartment features a bright and airy living-/dining area with integrated fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom and a top modern bathroom. The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat screen satellite television with USB port, a radio and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a four hob gas cooker, oven, stylish stainless steel extractor hood, large fridge complete with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. The bedroom is decorated in a lime green colour scheme lending a relaxing and cheerful ambience. It is furnished with a 160cm x 200cm double bed and a wardrobe providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional 160cm x 200 cm double bed offering additional sleeping space for two more persons. White tiled walls and a black tiled floor combined with top quality fittings and accessories give the bathroom a spa-like feel. The bathroom is equipped with a generous walk-in shower, large wash basin, wall mirror, bidet a toilet and a washing machine.
Large glass sliding doors lead from the living area directly onto the private covered balcony overlooking the garden and offering stunning mountain views. The balcony is furnished with a round table and four matching chairs. Here, you can sit and enjoy your meals, relax with a good book or just take in the view and leave your worries behind.The villa has only recently newly been built in 2013 and is tastefully furnished with all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday. These holiday apartment occupy the ground floor of the villa. l living on the top floor and I will be always happy to assist with any questions you might have.
The outside area boasts a large garden area with a terrace and traditional stone grill which you share with the guests staying in the other apartment. Free parking spaces are available right outside the villa.

The villa enjoys a quiet location in a traffic free zone making it an ideal safe holiday accommodation even for smaller children. Surrounded by olive groves, your holiday villa is only 900m away from the beach with crystal clear waters and boat rentals. The centre of the traditional Dalmatian town of Vela Lukas with its many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops is only 500m away. During the summer months, here you can enjoy many traditional festivals. There is another apartment in the facility, on the ground floor. I am living on villas1 st floor and I will be always available and ready to help with anything you need.
Getting around
Eat out at a different restaurant every evening and sample the friendly bars and cafes. Spend time on beautiful beaches, enjoy the crystal clear sea. Enjoy Vela Lukas traditional Dalmatian spirit, meet wonderful local people and explore other locations on this interrupted island.
