Gorgeous Villa to kick start your holiday. This 3-bedroom villa comes fully equipped with all the necessities required by all guests, such as: AC in all the bedrooms; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and sitting area; FREE WiFi accessible throughout the property; cable TV in the lounge, bed lines, towels (except wash rags) and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils are provided. The community boast a communal pool, gym, kiddies park and a perfect ambience for early morning or late evening jogging.

*** The theme "SEA BREEZE VILLA" is meant to reflect the décor of the home and does not mean the property is within walking distance to the beach. The property is 5 minutes drive to the public beach or a 30 minutes walk.

*** Video surveillance are on the exterior premises for added security for guests.

Sea Breeze Villa is located in Coolshade - Richmond and comfortably sleeps up-to 6 guests. The property is located in the gated community of Richmond Estates in Priory on the scenic North Coast of Jamaica, just 50 minutes from Montego Bay and 15 minutes outside of Ocho Rios.

Housekeeping services, Cooked meals and other personal services are available at an additional cost.

Staying at this luxurious villa, you will have full and free access to Richmond's private beach club only 5 minutes drive away. Onsite, you will also have free access to the Clubhouse with an Infinity swimming pool, gym, ping-pong and pool tables, in addition to a nearby children’s playground.

A Supermarket with deli, pharmacy and liquor store are all located on Richmond Estates and only 8 minutes' walk from the Villa. Several restaurants and attractions are within 5 to 20 minutes:
