calme absolu, terrain plat, facile d'accès, avec vue spectaculaire sur toute la chaîne du Mont-Blanc, c'est un endroit réservé pour les amoureux de la nature et de la montagne. C'est une des plus belles parties de la vallée, à proximité de magnifiques chemins de randonnée et de forêts, et très proche de nombreuses stations de ski. Le Chalet Les Lupins est particulièrement destiné à une famille. Le chalet Les Lupins a été entièrement rénové au printemps 2010 en alliant l'esprit ancien du chalet (construit en 1954) avec les exigences contemporaines. La superficie du chalet est de 36 m². Il est composé de deux pièces, dont une chambre, une pièce à vivre avec coin salon et cuisine américaine, salle de bains et WC indépendants et il comprend en plus une mezzanine accessible par une échelle de meunier, avec vue sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. L'entrée du chalet se fait par un sas, permettant de ranger les diverses affaires de ski ou de randonnée. Dans la petite cave se trouvent le lave-linge et le congélateur. Une grande terrasse en bois de 60 m² exposée sud-est, avec du mobilier de jardin en bois vous permet de profiter des extérieurs du chalet et de la vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc.

The rent price is including charges, i.e. water, electricity and heating (electrical and wood oven, wood). The guest tax is of 1,50€/night/adult. If you wish bedding and final cleaning, there are available as options in the contract.

We can give you some more details about the chalet: the small river is about 20 m, at the end of our private way. It is leading directly to the wood and pedestrian ways upon a bridge.

The chalet has been completely renovated 2010 and is decorated in the style of Chamonix with quality materials as oak wood and mark equipments.

The chalet is situated in a very calm place of the valley, without car passing by, at the end of a path near to trails and to the walk "Paradis des Praz" (400 m with playing area). It is a very good place for family with children.

- exceptional view on the Mont-Blanc mountain (Aiguille Verte and Drus, Montenvers, Aiguilles de Chamonix and Aiguille du Midi, Mont-Blanc),

thanks to his situation and to the exposition south-east: sunny place up to the morning and allowing to admire sunsets on the mountains.

- private parking lot in front of the chalet (gravels).

- the garden is planted and closed (with wooden panels and plants).

- 2 terraces at the outside, in front of the Mont-Blanc:

- 1 of 60 m², accessible from the main room with garden table and 4 chairs.;

- 1 of 15 m², in a edge of the garden with table and benches.

- with the rent we will receive guest cards allowing you:

- free circulation on all the bus lines of the valley (bus stop at 400 m) and of the railway Mont-Blanc Express.

- reductions on different activities (swimming pool, Nordic Center, Museums, etc...).
