Protaras Holiday Villa - PRAE1 Protaras Pearl is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on Profitis Elias Hill offering unobstructed panoramic sea views of Protaras and the landmark church of Prophet Elias, one of the most exclusive and much sought after areas of the Protaras Region.

The location offers the best of both worlds as is located just 1.5 km from the centre of Protaras which is practically less than a 3 minutes' drive and there you can find all amenities including restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions, pharmacies, clinic as well as some of the best beaches in Cyprus, all blue flag with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.

The ground floors offers a fully equipped kitchen offering all modern appliances, a breakfast table and dining area. Three steps down lead to a comfortable living room with a large leather corner sofa, flat screen TV and wood burning fire place. The patio doors open wide to join the inside area with a large covered veranda featuring dining table, sofas, bar with stools, fitted BBQ and ceiling fans to offer maximum comfort on the hot summer days. The swimming pool witch gets the sun for the most part of the day offers plenty of room for sunbathing while enjoying the panoramic views of Protaras.

The two double and the single rooms are situated on the ground floor, where there is also a family bathroom and a guest toilet. On the first floor of the villa there is a twin en-suite room and a large and a very spacious master bedroom with a king-sized double bed and en-suite shower. The views from both rooms is spectacular and especially that of the master bedroom which has both sea views as well as views of the Protitis Elias church is amazing.

The sixth bedroom is located on the basement floor and the access to it is from outside the house offers a large full bed and en-suite shower.

The villa offers many amenities like ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the outside veranda. Air-conditioning in all areas and bedrooms except the single room, free Wi-Fi internet and internet TV.

Protaras, a more family oriented resort for children of all ages has features the best beaches of Cyprus, all crystal clear water and white sand, the most famous of which are Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. All the main beaches have a water-sports centre where you can enjoy water-ski, scupa diving, flyfish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, deep sea fishing and just about every watersport you want.

The central Protaras Strip and Pernera have a plethora of traditional as well as modern restaurants that can cater for the most exquisite tastes.

“Dreadful Villa - Flithy!”

8 of my friends and I stayed at this Villa last week! Although situated close to amenities and had a fabulous view that is all that was going for it. The Villa itself is run down and does not look like the photos on this website. We had one hand towel and one bath towel for the whole week, NO CLEANER the entire time we were there and our bedding was never changed! These alone are dreadful enough bearing in the mind temperature was in the high 30's all the time we were there. The most disgusting thing of all was THAT THE POOL WAS NEVER CLEANED the entire time we were there and four out of 9 of us got severe ear infections within 3 days of being there. This spoilt the holiday for those of us who suffered. Although the Villa was clean on arrival, the poor service we received during our stay was appalling! This was not a cheap holiday for any of us and I believe the owners of the Villa received somewhere in the region of 3,000 euro's from the nine of us for a week, the least they could have done is the basic's!

I'm glad you found the location good and the views fabulous and the villa clean on arrival and really sorry for those the ear infection. I have to point out though that our prices include weekly clean and change of linen. As pointed out we do provide as many additional cleans as requested at additional charge. All you had to do was ask. All our pools are maintained by trained professionals that clean the pools a minimum of 2 times a week. Due to the excessive heat they start with first light of day and they are trained to be discreet and quite so it's very possible that you have not seen the pool cleaner. We use 550gr/m2 towels and 240THC polycotton sheets which are consider of the highest quality but we will try to improve on this aspect. The villa accommodates 11 persons and the price for the peak of the high season when you arrived was 450euro per night which comes down to about 40euro per person. For such a clean villa of this quality close to the centre and with such views I think is below the market average. Once again thank you for the points raised in your review and we will try to use in order to improve even more.

You were aware of the check-out time before you confirmed your reservation and you also new that a late check-out would not be possible if we had another arrival on the day of your departure. Nevertheless, when I nofrmed you that a late check-out was not possible you refused to leave the property, you didn't want to hear anybody, you were shouting and used very foul language. We did everything possible to meet your requests but I would suggest that next time you plan your family holidays you arrange your accomodation to suit your flights to avoid inconveniences, especially when you are travelling during the high season. Once again thank you for your review.
