Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in excellent location. 5 Mins walking distance to Coral Bay Town centre / Strip
Furnished to a high standard. Large private swimming pool, plentiful sunbathing area to soak up the Cyprus sunshine.
Fly screens have now been fitted to all the three bedrooms and lounge area.
Outside
Outside there is a large private pool 8 x 4 and paved sunbathing area with sun loungers, table/chairs and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining all set within landscaped gardens. There is a large terrace on the upper floor with coffee table and chairs with good views perfect for a sunset cocktail. A further covered terrace is located on the ground floor next to the pool area. There is also a private car parking space within the villa grounds. The property has no through road and is on a Cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic. And has Off street packing as well.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located within a 5-10 minute walk of the main Coral Bay beach which is said to be the best beach in the Paphos area, it is a sandy beach and safe for swimming where you will also find beach bars/restaurants and a range of water sports available including water skiing, windsurfing and pedalos.
Golf
3 golf courses are situated in the area all within a 20 - 40 minute drive of the villa. The main 2 golf courses are at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos, and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.
Skiing
Skiing in Cyprus can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympus, from the beginning of January to the end of March. Mount Olympus is 3km from Troodos Hill Resort. Troodos is approx 71 miles from Paphos.
Special Interest Holidays
Paphos is full of history. Visit the Tomb of The Kings or the famous Mosaics. The Medieval Fort in Paphos Harbour are where boat trips are available to Coral Bay, Peyia area and back.
How to get there
From Paphos Airport it is a 30 minute journey to Villa marina sunset and from Larnaca Airport it is approx 1 hour. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular local bus route which runs from Coral Bay village just 5 minutes walk from the villa which will take you to Paphos old town/market, harbour area and all of the main attractions.
Distances
The village of Peyia (Pegia) is 5 mins drive away. Go carting, horse riding and Tomb of the Kings are all within 10 minutes drive with Paphos and the harbour area just 15 minutes drive away.
Further Details
There are various local banks, hairdressers, beauty salons, supermarkets and shops, go-carting, horse riding, tennis and a fantastic water park all a short distance away from Paphos.
The villa is at the end of a cul de sac so has no passing road or foot trafic and has no properties overlooking the pool area so is very private and quiet, It also has unbroken sunshine from morning to night Situated on on the most beautiful cost line in Cyprus and close to the ancient kingdom of Akamas the villa is fully air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard ideal for families, couples or friends in a quiet location yet very close to the night life ( 5-10 minute walk ). It is designed over two floors with the ground floor housing the spacious open plan living and dining area that open up to an outdoor dining area and private pool. the first floor has the master bedroom and a twin room that open on to a huge terrace with stunning sea and mountain views..

“Lovely Property!”
First of all we would like to thank the owner for all his help organising a taxi service to and from the airport and all the restaurant recommendations and helpful service he gave us. The Villa is very spacious with everything you need to hand and in a quiet and safe area with plenty of parking. The pool is amazing and very clean. We will definitely be returning next year!

“AMAZING VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION”
We stayed at this villa for 10 days in July/August 2019, we wished we had booked for 14 days as it is a lovely location with bars, restaurants and a big supermarket called Philippos. To get to Coral Bay main strip you had to walk up a hill, but was a 5-10 mins walk, so next time we will book to rent a car and visit a few places. You can book day trips which are quite reasonable, we booked the Jeep safari which was €40 for the whole day. It is a 10-15 mins walk to Coral Beach with watersports and bars/cafe. There is a bus route, bus 615 every 10 mins to get to the beach or paphos harbour for €5 per day, so you can use as many times as you like for that day. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need and very spacious as there was 7 of us there. The pool area was a great size and sunbeds for everyone. Andrew from the management company was very helpful if needed and the owner David was available by text. We hopefully be booking again for 2020. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

“Perfect ❤️”
I have just returned from a lovely week in sunny Cyprus with my boyfriend & 3 year old son. I can’t not recommend this villa enough & have been telling friends and family how amazing our villa/holiday was. Dave the owner arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport to make sure we arrived safe & sound to his villa. The villa is spotless and very modern it’s fully equipped with everything from irons & hairdryers, dishwasher and washing machine. If the is anything you need you will find it in the cupboards I was also impressed with the small details like plastic cups and straws for the kids. The outside area is amazing and the sun is always shining on the pool so nice warm water. My boyfriend was very impressed with the big bbq & we had bbqs most day sitting by the outside table and chairs which is in the shade and was perfect for me. The view from the outside is picturesque. The villa is located just 5/10 min walk from the high street which has loads of restaurants & bars, we tried many and never had a bad meal while staying in coral bay. We will definitely be trying the other restaurants on our next trip to Dave’s villa. The is also a travel company that you can book day trips for boats trips and water parks at the top of the hill and a bank if you need it, the bus stop is really handy with buses every 5-10 mins into Paphos town which is only a 15 min drive away. The beach is gorgeous in coral bay and again only a short walk if you continue walking after you get to the main entrance you will find a much quieter area of beach which is perfect for small children. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful before during and after our stay. Answered all my questions and text throughout the week to make sure we was happy and ok & got back to London safe and sound. I can’t wait to go back & im sure after staying here you’d feel the same Thank you Dave X

“Beautiful villa in a great location”
We stayed at this villa for a week in August and wished we stayed longer. It is located in a peaceful area but only a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay. The villa has everything you need - the kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and a hairdryer. On the ground floor is one bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room. Doors to the pool area from the living room and bedroom. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms lead out onto the upstairs balcony. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area. The pool is a nice size with sunbeds for everyone. The pool area has sun all day but there is a seating area in the shade with patio table and chairs. There is also a BBQ. Coral Bay is a 5 minute walk up a hill. Its reasonably busy but we never had a problem getting a table in the restaurants - there are so many to chose from. It's a very family friendly resort. If you want a change of scenery, you can get the 615 bus from the top of the hill. It goes to the Harbour in Paphos, along the coast road, passing other restaurants near the old town. Would definitely recommend The Sea You Beach bar - a Caribbean style beach bar with lovely food and great cocktails. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. Its not the best beach but lively with plenty going on, watersports and beach bar. If you want to go to Coral Bay, I would thoroughly recommend this villa!

“Amazing”
What can I say, this Villa is amazing has everything you need and is in a brilliant location with shops,bars and resturants near by. Already booked for next year I CAN'T WAIT! Help is always at hand from James who is the villa management team and also Dave the owner was available and quick to answer any queries before my arrival. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!
