Description
Villa Katerina is our small paradise on earth, that we make available for our guests.It's a villa few steps from the sea, with a 150 sqm (1.600 ft2) terrace and a garden of 500 sqm with lemon, orange and olive trees.
On the first floor there is a large living room with leather sofas, fireplace, 40" TV with access to international channels, a large dining table. A living room with a round table and a couch, with a balcony over the garden, a large kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. A double bedroom, with private bathroom (shower and washing machine). The large terrace is on the same level and the access is from the lounge.
On the second level, separated by only 5 steps from the first, there is one double bedroom with private bathroom (shower); one bedroom with two single beds; one room with one single bed and one pull-out bed; a third bathroom with shower is shared between these last two bedrooms.
The villa is very bright and well structured, it is furnished with antiques furnitures, placed in a modern and functional space. It has central heating, air conditioning is placed just in the dining room and in two of the four bedrooms.We have WiFi network. Groups of 10 or 11 people will have one more doubleroom with AC and bathroom ensuite, in the dependance, at garden floor.
At your arrive you will pay the Municipality taxes: € 2,00 per person (over 18 yo) per day At the end of the stay will be due the cost for electricity and gas consumed and firewood if requested.
The terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples is equipped with: dining table for 10 people, rocking sofa, 4 sun loungers and a 3 sun beds.The villa is located in a private housing estate owned by a single family, where you'll have free parking for max two cars.

Response from the owner Aktar, thank you for your four stars review. We know that you wanted to give us 4.5 *, but you couldn't, and you chose to give us 4, instead of 5. But it does not matter. Of course, our greatest surprise has been because you might have found, Villa Katerina, just enough for your needs, and, if there were two other people, the house would be small. You were a couple with three children, in a house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and many common areas. If he got someone else was tight? Aktar, the Villa is 150 sqm., the terrace (and not the veranda) on the Bay of Naples is another 150 sqm., the garden another 500 sqm.. But in Scotland you are used to live in such big houses? Mr. Aktar, we want to collect your additional suggestions and put more cutlery and cutting boards, but a guide on how to protect themselves from mosquitoes (which obviously were not in the house, but you will find, maybe, in your tours, or in the garden at sunset) we do not think it's appropriate. We tried, in every way, to enjoy your stay at Villa Katerina, we phoned to a lot of restaurants in the area to know who had a special line for celiac, we sent you a message every two days on whatsapp to know if you needed something . "All good, All fine. Great time." AAAAH, if, we too, could give stars to our guests !!!!
