This lovely three bedroom villa oozes space, character and is in the perfect location for those wanting a peaceful holiday but within easy walking distance of Protaras or Pernera.  The large double doors and potted plants give the villa a very elegant, striking and grand feel.  The small gate at the side of the property leads to the rear garden and pool area. 

When you step inside you are presented with a luxurious open plan living area.  The rattan lounge furniture, directly in front of double patio doors, is extremely inviting, the perfect place to sit back and relax while looking out to the tranquil, peaceful pool and spectacular views.  You will simply love the light that comes from not only the patio doors but from the large ground and first floor windows. 

The main lounge complete with two comfy white sofas, coffee table and rug has a very warm and cozy feel, the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.  There is also a TV.

The combination of modern white furnishings and colourful art deco accessories give the villa a very sophisticated and homely vibe. 

Everyone can dine together at the large white dining table and chairs.  The fully equipped kitchen with the added bonus of a dishwasher and microwave is also complete with a further table and chairs ideal for breakfast or your morning cup of coffee.  The downstairs also benefits by having a utility room and WC with hand basin.

Step outside from any of the three sets of patio doors to the pool area, it is just amazing.  Before deciding where to spend your day just take a minute to digest the stunning scenery that surrounds you, you will instantly feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday. Sit back and relax on any of the wicker chairs, rattan sofa and chairs.  Alternatively you can lay back and day dream on the outdoor beds.  The large pool with Roman steps will keep you cool during the long hot sunny days.  When you have had enough sun for the day you can retire to the lounge area underneath the large sheltered gazebo.  There is plenty of room for everyone.

The grand stairs lead to the first floor gallery landing, before entering your evening retreat stop and take in the amazing sea view just one more time. 

There are three visually attractive double bedrooms all complete with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

One room benefits from an en-suite shower room with w/c, hand basin, mirror and storage.  Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to their very own private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and far beyond.

The stunning bathroom is very spacious with a large shower cubicle, W/C and hand basin with plenty of storage.

This villa has everything you could want and more, you will want to return year after year!!
