Cancellation rules during the Covid19 pandemic

100% refund for all new reservations till the 28.8.2020 for stays before 31.10.2020 if the COVID-19 regulation in Spain or the guests country of origin does not allow travel to the Costa Blanca (Spain).

Check-in and check-out of the tourist accommodation can be contactless. Direct check-in/check-out at the villa without visiting the office.

Cleaning of the villas/apartments are according to the protocol for the reduction of hygienic-sanitary risks produced by the COVID-19.

Welcome to Paraiso Terrenal 4, a well-furnished villa located in an elevated position in the hillside of “Montemar” by Benissa coast. Enjoy the wonderful views that expand over the Mediterranean lands. Only 5 Min. drive take us toward the coast where various caves, small sand beaches, bars, a supermarket and restaurants can be explored. Other 10 Min. take us to w spectacular coast town called Moraira with its famous sand beach of “ La Ampolla” together with a large variety of water activities.

Paraiso Terrenal 4 is a one storey holiday home, all the accommodation is on the lower apartment. From the parking area, stairs lead up toward a beautiful spacious balcony at the lower level with very nice views of the land scape. The private swimming pool forms the heard of the villa, surrounded by sun beds, an outdoor dinning area and a BBQ. A wonderful white balustrade surrounds the villa dominated by a Mediterranean garden.

From the pool level, the covered balcony leads into a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, followed by a fully equipped kitchen. A twin bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom.

The booking of Villa Paraiso Terrenal 4 is exclusively for the lower level, the upper one remains closed when booking this option.
