Description

Situated in a quiet residential block this apartment is on the first floor and is suitable for a couple .There are 2 single beds in the bedroom .Both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning and there is also a free-standing fan all rooms have heating,FREE WIFI.There is a satellite TV which receives BBC And ITV and other British programmes also Spanish , and a DVD player. The flat is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There is sufficient crockery etc. for 4 persons and plenty of pots and utensils. There is also a sun brolly and 2 chairs which you can take to the beach and a gas heater for winter. We are only about 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and the sea front at the port where you will find plenty of restaurants and café/bars, the harbour with fishing boats and a marina. Another few minutes walk takes you to the port beach which is a shingle/pebble beach and is very sheltered. It slopes down quite quickly when in the sea so is ideal for swimming. The Arenal is about 1.4 km away and has a long sandy beach, with very shallow water so ideal for young children.

If the rental is for more than 1 week additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of £40 per time (includes bedding and towel change and flat cleaning)

Apartment on quiet well maintained complex. Included everything needed. Overlooking nice gardens and pool. Sun most of day on balcony but also shade if needed. Ideal location for restaurants and bars and car not necessary unless you want to explore the area. Nice walk up to old town where you will find more restaurants and bars. We were there during fiesta time so we had a fantastic time watching events. Only negative is a small flight of stairs to use lift so not suitable for disabled.
