Elegant and luxurious 5-bedroom townhome on the ocean at Melbourne Beach has all you could wish for! Spacious 4000 sq. ft. with private pool and hot tub for relaxing. Huge pool deck as well as fabulous ocean-viewing deck right at the dune-top. Plenty of outdoor lounge chairs, barbecue, sun umbrellas, more. Located one mile north of the Sebastian Inlet State Park. There is huge fishing pier, beautiful ocean beach, snack bar, picnic areas, bayside beach for children. Great restaurants in the area. Marina nearby. Disney Resort about 1 1/2 hour, Sea World, Cape Canaveral Space Center one hour north and world famous Cocoa Beach.

During Sea Turtle nesting season (May 1 to Oct. 31), make sure all outside lights are off, and interior lights are shielded from ocean view during evening hours.
Please shower after swimming in the ocean and before entering pool or hot tub.
