Situated in a more residential area the villa offers guests the opportunity to take advantage of nearby beaches and a choice of 3 golf courses within a 10 minute radius but retains the peace and quite not always associated with tourist areas
The interior of the.villa is stylish and welcoming enjoying, a newly installed kitchen and bathroom with every modern convenience.
A lovely experience awaits any visitor and with a choice of blue flag beaches, 3 golf courses, horse riding and a plentiful supply of bars and restaurants in the area, you will need to make your booking early to avoid disappointment.
If holidaying with children they will love the outdoor private pool and space to play. Enjoy breakfast in the outdoor kitchen and while away those sun drenched days in the private gardens.

As soon as you walk through the door into the conservatory you immediately feel that you are going to get something more than the usual self catering experience. This first and foremost is a home and it feels like a home. With its traditional furnishings and a log burner for the cooler months you know you will soon be settling into a more relaxed and away from it all feeling that you will not want to give up easily. The lounge also has air conditioning.
All rooms have ceiling fans and the glazed windows of the conservatory can all be opened to take advantage of any distant sea breezes.
The conservatory overlooking the pool, will probably be the focal point for most guests. Relax on the 3 seater settee and listen to some music, when you are not outside enjoying the sunshine. The dining table and 4 chairs are also situated in the conservatory.
The lounge offers more comfort in the form of a sofa and 2 leather armchairs. This is also where the television is located and with UK TV this room may well see some activity if you can't live without your soaps or football. A DVD player is also available.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and combination microwave oven. All the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are all provided.
The remainder of the accommodation offers 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and side tables, 2 single beds and a double bed, and a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
45 minutes south of Alicante and 20 minutes north or Murcia airport.
This property does not accept pets and smoking is preferred outside only.

Outside there are countless places to sit, relax and enjoy the summer sunshine in between cooling off in the pool. You will find a good choice of sun loungers, and external tables and chairs located around the large garden and pool terrace.
There is a purpose built gas BBQ set in the outdoor kitchen which offers all the comforts of home with a fridge for cool drinks, microwave and an additional gas burner. The outdoor kitchen under its shady pergola also offers respite for those in need a break between sessions in the sun.

Response from the owner These people were obviously looking for a holiday which they wouldn’t have to pay for. Unfortunately their ploy didn’t work and my agent encouraged them to leave after they had been very rude to him. All my reviews speak for themselves and many guests return each year.
