Description
Au cœur du vignoble des Coteaux du Layon, dans le Val de Loire, sur une grande propriété arborée et fleurie, le « Gîte Anjoué » est une maison indépendante, à 2 km du centre de Thouarcé (toutes commodités), à 20 minutes d'Angers.
La piscine chauffée de juin à fin septembre, à partager avec les propriétaires, implantée à côté du verger et du jardin potager, offre une vue panoramique sur le coteau, les vignobles, les moulins ...
Le gîte se compose
- d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur combiné, plaque à induction, four micro-ondes multifonction, lave-vaisselle ...), espace salon avec téléviseur 82cm, coin repas, poêle à bois;
- une chambre avec lit de 140;
- salle d'eau avec douche italienne,
- toilettes séparées; lave-linge;
- l'étage mezzanine comporte 2 lits individuels.
Oreillers, traversins et 2 couvertures par lit sont fournis.
A l'extérieur : terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et barbecue, espace jardin privatif, non clos, avec balançoires, place de parking.

Options payantes (sur place) : draps (fournis ou lits faits), linge de toilette, forfait ménage
Forfait électricité avec compteur relevé à l'arrivée et au départ. Si le forfait est dépassé, un paiement sera demandé.
De là, vous irez à la découverte de l'ouest du Val de Loire :
- Angers, les bords de Loire et de la Maine,
- Le Parc Terra Botanica,
- Saumur, son château et l'Ecole Nationale d'Equitation,
- Doué la Fontaine, ses roseraies et son zoo (le Bioparc),
- les sites troglodytiques,
- Brissac-Quincé et son château
- et tous les lieux pittoresques de la région … sans oublier la dégustation des vins d'Anjou !
Vous pourrez aussi laisser votre voiture en sécurité à côté du gîte pour partir en balade à pied, en vélo (possibilité de rejoindre la piste cyclable de « la Loire à Vélo »).
Une escapade à la mer n'est pas exclue : les Sables d'Olonnes sont à 160 km par A87.
Et le Futuroscope est à 110 km, le Puy du Fou à 80 km.

“This is an utterly charming location to stay”
The location of the gite is within very easy access to all the important Chateaus and vineyards of the Loire Valley. It is located in quiet and very beautiful surroundings of an extremely well kept garden. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has all you could ever need. Your hosts, Sylviane & Bernard are very friendly and do their utmost to make your stay special and pleasurable. The charming village of Thouarce, has a few local shops which can cater for all your immediate needs.
