Spacious and bright apartment on the 1st floor, good for 4 persons (I can evaluate accommodate up to 2 more people, considered the availability of a sofa bed in the living room): 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Modern furnishings and finishes. TV and Wi-FI available. Only 800 meters from the historic center and from the famous "Terme di Sirmione" ("Aquaria" spa). Large private terrace with dining table.Building of a very new construction. Common garden with the pool overlooking the lake. Carport reserved for condominiums. Roof sun terrace with shower. Lift.Please do not smoke inside the apartment. The owner likes polite behavior.

How do damage deposits work?
