Beautiful suite Room for 2 people (king size bed) with private bathroom and private entrance, VIP Miami style Villa.

To go to the beach walking are about 5 minutes to the famous 5avenue are 7 minutes walking.

I also offer ' 4 HOMES MORE ' in my profile, in the same Villa called ' Villa Casa di Luca is selected by convenient rates to experience HL making the most of your holidays.

The room have the view on the garden and pool side. The pool is an infinity, beautiful and refreshing with a little falls. Independent access for the room.

Services included: Drinking water, 5 mb speed wireless Internet, pool, garden, parking spaces. There is a laundry room with dryer.

You can go to the beach of Playacar (the only one with mayan ruins and cristal water) by walking 5 minute or in Paseo del Carmen where start the famous Avenida 5 in 7 minute, to go in the center of Playa del Carmen.

The Amenities included are: pool, 3000 m2 of lush garden, forest (with deer, lemurs, toucans, tropical birds), view to the golf course, Parking spaces.

The Villa is amazing, our guests tell that is one of the best in the mayan river. It sits right next to the green and the jungle. There are animals in the garden, as well as many birds, raccoon, iguanas, agoutis, yucatan, squirrels and other tropical animals.

Inside the residence there are super market (Oxxo it's open 12:24 am), restaurant, pubs etc in the lounge bar Pakal zones.

Playacar is an exclusive residence zone with 24 hrs security control, with beautiful houses and beautiful people.

It's easy to arrive in PlayaCar from Cancun airport with ADO bus service until 22 (10usd) or Taxi 20-30 (usd)----------------------------------In the summer the AC use is limited at 8 hours nighttime (it's possible 12:0 am usage with a fee, but normally it's not necessary). This rules it's just to prevent people that in the summer left AC open 24/hour, also when are out of apartment (as it happened, lot of time).
