Carib Condominiums are located on a private beach on Main street, Ocho Rios.

This privately owned and managed apartment is located on the top floor of this 2 storey apartment building. Here you can see magnificant views of the Caribbean Sea from your condo's balcony.

Condo 319 has free parking for one car, 24 hour security, free WIFI and private beach access.

Ocho Rios attractions include Dunn's River (a 600t high waterfall visited by 1000s of tourists every year), Dolphin Cove (marine attractions including swimming with the Dolphins), Mystic Moutain (experience the exhilerating bobsled ride or trek through the rainforest), local craft market and duty fee shops and Margeretteville (for nightlife). For those looking for rest and relaxation, there are several local beaches. So whether the purpose of your visit is rest and recouperation or a base for checking out the adventure and activities Jamacia has to offer this self catering apartment is sure to meet your needs.

There is one double and one small single bedroom (which has sea views), as well as a sofa bed in the open plan living area. The apartment sleeps 1 to 4 adults.

Getting around

Ocho Rios town centre is a short walk away. (less than 10 minutes walk). To get to the main sights it is recommended that you take a taxi or private tour service, which can be picked up easily from Main Street. Further details of recommended private transfers and tours operators, who charge reasonable prices can be found at my apartment. My apartment Manager, Levene, is a qualified tour guide and will be able to arrange tours and private transport for you. Private transfers to and from the Airport can also be arranged.

Interaction with guest

My housekeeper will clean the apartment twice per week, but a contact number will be at the apartment if you require further housekeeping. We can also organise trips/ transfers or you. Just let us know

“Great location, beautiful view of the sea from the comfort of the condo”

Last minute booking but Alex thankfully was able to accommodate us. We arrived at the condo and was met by Lavene, who helped us to settle in showing us how TV, WiFi works etc. Levene was extremely helpful to us during our stay it was great that he was just a phone call away. The condo is comfortable WiFi worked great we even used our Amazon fire stick to watch movies when we did not go out in the evening, which was not often. Housekeeper was a bit of a disappointment but Levene sorted out the problem fairly quickly. Great location the condo is very close to town you can walk there 10-15mins, or get a route taxi for $100 per person. me and my family will definitely be going back to stay there again.
