Description

La maison de Chapelèche est située sur un versant Sud de l'Ardèche, à 700 mètres d'altitude, au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche.

Cette maison de Chapelèche comprend 2 gîtes : le gîte Ouest "Les Châtaigniers" et celui-ci, le gîte Est "Les Genêts". Ces 2 gîtes sont totalement indépendants (accès et terrasse indépendants, pas de vis-à-vis, pas de bruit).

Magnifique vue sur la vallée de la Glueyre, où l'on peut se baigner, dans des "piscines" naturelles sculptées dans le granite, ou bien sur un lieu de baignade surveillé, près de Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

On peut aussi se baigner à 10 Kms d'ici, dans une piscine municipale aménagée sur le bord du lac de Le Cheylard ("L'Eyrium").

Belles randonnées à partir du gîte même.

Nombreuses possibilités d'excursions : Le Mont Gerbier de Joncs (20 kms), cascade du Ray Pic (20 kms), les gorges de l'Ardèche (60 kms),..

Autres activités pour les jeunes : Aquarock Aventure à Saint Sauveur de Montagut (filins au-dessus de la vallée de l'Eyrieux, canoë Kayack sur la rivière Eyrieux, cheval, VTT, etc...

On accède à Chapelèche par un chemin communal goudronné à une voie, sans issue : calme et tranquillité sont assurés, à l'écart de tout trafic routier.

Les gorges de l'Ardèche sont à une heure trente de Chapelèche, le Mont Gerbier de Joncs (et une petite station de ski) à une demi-heure, le Mont Mézenc à 3/4 d'heure et l'autoroute de la vallée du Rhône à une heure.

Le gîte de Chapelèche "Les genêts" peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Il dispose d'une salle de bains avec lavabo, baignoire et WC et de 3 chambres :

- chambre 1er niveau, 4 personnes : un lit double (140 x 200) en rez de chaussée et un lit double (140 x 200) en mezzanine (accessible pour les enfants de plus de 6 ans). Cette chambre dispose d'un WC et d'un cabinet de toilettes.

- chambre 3ème niveau, 2 personnes : deux lits simples que l'on peut rapprocher (80 x 200 et 90 x 200).

- chambre 3ème niveau, 2 personnes : un lit double (140 X 200).

Le salon dispose d'un coin bibliothèque/jeux, d'une banquette-lit, d'un canapé-lit 2 places, d'un poêle, de 2 fauteuils, de chaises et table.

Le gîte dispose aussi d'un moniteur (écran de 30 x 25 cm) permettant de lire les CD et DVD. Le gîte dispose aussi d'une radio FM.

Accès Wi-Fi sur place.

Possibilité de faire des grillades à l'extérieur : barbecue extérieur intégré à un mur de terrasse (bois fourni).

Grande terrasse extérieure plein Sud, de plain pied avec salon et cuisine. Cette terrasse est ombragée partiellement par un frêne et des noisetiers, et dispose d'un salon de jardin (tables, chaises, chaises longues).

La maison est louée à la semaine, toute l'année.
