Great 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in Urb.Monte Y Mar, Gran Alacant, sleeps 5 people, overlooking the communal swimming pool and gardens, has separate toilet and shower room, salon/ dining room with TV, the Apartment has wifi, and air conditioning well equipped kitchen with washing machine and all kitchen facilities. Walking distance to the beach, but a big hill is involved! Bus and GA Train runs regularly to beach and commercial centres. Great terrace for getting a suntan! Lovely Communal Swimming Pool.

Situated on Gran Alacant, 10 minutes south of Alicante airport, but no aircraft noise!! Walking distance to bars restauarants and shops, 5 mins drive to beach.

We have been rented properties on Gran Alacant for 15 years, so while this property is new Holiday Lettings, we are not! We will be here to meet you, and help with anything you need during your holiday.

Additional costs charged locally, Electricity is charged at 10€ per week, Security Bond 200euros, refunded after departure check

If you do not want to hire a car, the Gran Alacant Road Train makes a circuit of Gran Alacant including to and from the beach, Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants and is an enjoyable way to see the area without driving.
