Spacious, Modern Apartment within 5min walk to Larnaca town centre, Blue Flag (Top Clean) Award Beach, Palm Tree Promenade, Designer Shops, Historic Fort and Fruit Market, 8min drive to the International Airport.
The 1st floor fully equipped apartment (100sq.m) has a separate kitchen with dining area, living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sunbed and extra tables. The home entertainment includes Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player, music and video libraries. The building is equipped with a lift and secure entry system, located in a quiet residential area, far enough from busy roads and noise to have a nice relaxing holiday. There is a dedicated off-road car park under the building.
The mapping available at HolidayLettings is not perfect, sorry, a better map can be provided on request.
All rooms have built-in wardrobes and Air Conditioning. The Renters pay for electricity used by meter at local rate.

“Comfortable apartment in quiet super location”
The apartment was as airy, spacious and comfortably furnished as indicated in write up and photos. Cleanliness and living conditions very satisfactory from mattresses and bed linen to kitchen facilities and verandah furniture. Location is in a quiet residential area yet literally 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Larnaka. Our landlord, Alex was honest, very available and delivered as promised. Pleasant and relaxing trip in ‘out of season’ Larnaka. Staff in restaurants and shops are friendly giving a ‘feel safe’ atmosphere while walking around the clean streets, busy promenade and semi-crowded sandy beaches. Sightseeing and bus rides to other cities are very affordable. Tour around Larnaka on the bus is basic but ‘fair value’.

“delightful,well appointed & excellent location close to seafront of & old downtown Larnaka”
Nice bright airy comfortable apartment in excellent location near old downtown Larnaka & literally 3-400 metres from sea fromt & starting point for good bus transportation to major towns in Cyprus.We especially liked its two balconies where one could catch the sun all day. Any problems, which were few ,were promptly dealt with by Inna.This is a great location whether one has a car or not.We look forward to another visit in the future
