Description
Located next to the Tramway Mont Blanc (TMB) station, 5 mins walk from St Gervais town centre, this 2 double bedroom apartment offers acommodation for up to 6 in 2 double bedrooms, plus a “coin nuit“ with bunk beds.
This light and spacious apartment has a lovely high ceilinged open plan sitting room / dining room / kitchen. The dining area has place for 6, there is a comfortable sitting area with TV/DVD which opens onto a balcony (north facing) with views of the mountains.
It has 2 cosy bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. There is also a ski locker, underground and above-ground parking.
It is ideally placed for an active family, or group, to holiday throughout the year. It has easy access to pistes in winter and to lakes, swimming pools, tennis, walking, climbing, biking in the summer. It is about 5-10 mins walk outside the main village, with bars restaurants and shops.
For Skiing, access to the pistes of St Gervais, Megeve and St Nicolas de Veoce is via Le Bettex cable car, which is 10 mins by free ski bus, or from the TMB which links to the Les Houches pistes.
Les Contamines-Montjoie is a short drive (4 km), and is also excellent for cross country skiing and Chamonix is just 30 km - both are fantastic in both winter and in summer, for climbing and walking
Geneva airport is (80 km) and Annecy (70 km), and Courmayeur, in Italy, is just through the Mont Blanc tun 60 km).
Please note:
- Linen is not supplied but can be hired at an additional cost - please let us know in advance if this is needed.
- There is a dishwasher, but no washing machine.
- There is underground and above-ground parking.
- That there is no lift, but there is a ski locker on the ground floor, so you don't have to carry everything up!
- It is fully kitted out for children with a high chair and travel cot if needed - please request before hand.

“Great position”
Nice upstairs apartment, very well positioned next to the Mont Blanc Tramway, and easy walking distance to the lovely town of St Gervais. The free bus to the lifts runs from outside the tramway, or it’s a 5 minute drive. There is a carpark, so never had trouble parking.

“Nice apartment - Great Location”
Spent Christmas week ( 4 teenage children) in this apartment. Apartment nice and well presented. Ample room for a family of 6 with 2 good sized bedrooms and an extra set of bunk beds. Kitchen well equipped with utensils. There was a TV in living area although we did bring our own game console. Down side - apartment block has no lift and so need to be fit to tackle the 56 steps at the end of a day on the slopes! Location is really great just a few minutes walk from the town centre where there are lots of nice little bars and restaurants. Free shuttle bus also stops just outside.
