Welcome to Limoncello!

Limoncello is the perfect beach home for the family ~ it is a beautiful, two-story, custom-designed home, located in the popular community of Summers Edge. With a short 2-minute walk to the beach, and access to two community pools, one of which is seasonally heated, Limoncello is destined to become your family's favorite spot year after year!

Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen ! This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

As soon as you enter Limoncello, you will be greeted by the open-concept main living area that brings together the newly renovated kitchen, the dining room, and living room. Full of coastal charm and décor, you are going to feel right at home in this charming beach house! With plenty of seating and a flat-screen T.V., the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day full of fun. The large dining room table is perfect for families, with seating for 10, plus 4 more at the brand new breakfast bar! The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked to cook delicious meals on those nights you want to stay in! Also, on the first level is a bunk room, perfect for the kids with two twin-sized bunk beds.

Off the back of the home, is a patio with a gas grill and dining set, the perfect spot to grill delicious meals and have a nice dinner outdoors!

As you make your way up to the second floor you will find three bedrooms. The first is the master suite with king sized bed and private bathroom. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony! There are two guest bedrooms, one of which with a king bed, and the other with two sets of twin-sized bunks!

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
