Description

Parc de Lutin is set in six acres of enclosed and fenced grounds (privacy as well as security for your children).

The Annexe is an original stone-built cottage attached to the owner's house but is completely private. It has quirky features such as the original wooden beams and Breton granite fireplace of days long ago. It is light and airy. Spacious open plan layout. The private patio area includes a stone barbecue, a table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Private parking.

In the large and enclosed grassy field you have access to an above-ground octagonal 8 m x 4 m x 1.3 m pool (aero-thermal assisted heating; bathing season is from 5 June to mid-Sept, weather allowing) together with a number of play items (swings, trampoline, etc) and a separate and shady area for the very young (small children's playhouse, see-saw, slide, picnic table) all within the parent's observing eye. The grounds are completely private and fenced in.

Binder of Ideas - even for bad weather! We know numerous local tourist attractions to visit and explore – for both children and adults alike.

2 miles/3 km to supermarket, hairdresser, beauty salon, various shops such as bakeries, butcher, newspaper shop, post office, banks, Renault garage, two restaurants, several bars and Reguiny's large outdoor heated pool complex.

The price includes all bedding and towels, cleaning material, etc. All you need to bring to bring with you are washing powder for the washing machine (no bleach ingredients please) and extra dishwasher tabs if you want to use the dishwasher. The cottage is fully equipped. Should something be missing, please ask! Our goal is for you to just pack your cases with your clothes and cosmetics and arrive at our cottage with everything you need for a household when you arrive.

From home to home - that is our motto. We offer fully equipped homes for your holiday, as well as many other additional services to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Your living areas are always private, but we are on the grounds in case you need any assistance or have any questions.
