Description

The resort "IL VILLAGGIO DEL RE" is a residential development. It consists of eight (8) apartments on two levels.

Each apartment of 45 square meters in a only environment, can accommodate four people and consists of:

- Living room with fully equipped kitchen with double sofa bed ;

- room with mezzanine;

- Bathroom with shower;

- Garden area;

- Kennel for your pet (request when booking);

- Barbecue available.

-Breakfast 8 euro for person(on request)

All around the resort you can find the green surrounding countryside and medieval villages that watch your stay. At your departure we'll organize "La Festa del Re" with local products spending an evening with music, karaoke and happy atmosphere typical of Abruzzo. All this to thank you for choosing us and give us an appointment to the next holiday.

Response from the owner Gentili signori, siamo fortemente dispiaciuti se avete riscontrato qualche piccolo disagio, è la prima volta che ci capita! Vorrei specificare che la connessione wireless non è assolutamente a pagamento, l'unica cosa da pagare in loco è l'aria condizionata come specificato al momento della prenotazione. Mi par strano sentire che avete fatto fatica a capire chi fossero i proprietari dato che dal primo giorno sono venuta personalmente a chiedervi i documenti per la registrazione. Capisco e rispetto la vostra volontà di vivere la vacanza in maniera molto riservata, rimanendo spesso in casa, motivo per cui solo in ritardo avete notato anche l'esistenza di una piscina e ulteriore motivo per cui non abbiamo voluto essere troppo "invadenti"! Ringraziandovi per la recensione effettuata, vi salutiamo cordialmente, Il villaggio del Re.

How do damage deposits work?

If Eugenia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
