This amazing air conditioned and entire Stone Pool Villa is located 24 km from Split, 35 km from the airport and has 130 m² of living space on 2 floors- just for you, with no other guests on the property.

INTERIOR

With its cozy living room, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and with no additional expenses required, this accommodation caters perfectly for couples, families and friends sharing.

3 bedrooms have double beds, 1 bedroom has a single bed, living room sofa provides 2 extra beds and 1 additional bed is transferable -if required

There are 3 bathrooms ( 2 bathrooms have toilets and showers and 1 bathroom has a toilet). There is also 1 additional outside shower in front of the Pool

EXTERIOR

Your private swimming pool`s dimensions are 8x4 meters (32 m²) which has an outdoor shower next to it and sun beds. Maximum pool depth is 160cm which makes it suitable for children.

A very large terrace of 85 m² surrounds the Pool area and can be used for an open air dining (equipped with a huge stone barbecue). The second terrace provides you with 10 m² on the first floor-overlooking the Pool
