This upscale Sabbia condo complex offers 24 hr Security, concierge, a great outdoor pool with long chairs and beautifully landscaped garden.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with a balcony, BBQ, flat-screen cable TV and fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a third powder/toilet room, laundry room and plenty of cabinets/storage/closet space. Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.

Common areas include a games room with billiards and table tennis, business centre and gym. The property provides free parking. One of the most desired rental complexes in downtown Playa del Carmen. US$250 security deposit will be collected on the arrival day and refunded on the departure day if no damage to the property.

We'll propose to the condo management that the entertainment hours should be extended, however this needs to be approved by the majority of the owners.
