The house has been completely renovated and furnished in 2014 and is located in a quiet, well-kept, and very nice American neighborhood.

Look forward to a relaxing vacation in a duplex with 2 living units and a large swimming pool which is available even in winter due to an electric pool heating. A private, screened porch with a mosquito net is ideal for long evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor seating offer ample opportunities for relaxation. The property is completely surrounded by a high fence, this offers a complete privacy

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The big lap pool is also ideal for sports activities.

Please note: - no long term rentals (more than 1 month) during high season - no pets allowed - non-smoking property - local TV channels

“Super Duplex”

The perfect stay for a Holiday. Great Duplex with lot of room. Very nice pool in a friendly quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants and shoping facilities are near by. We will come again next Year.

How do damage deposits work?
