Description

The apartment is set in the tranquil bay of historic part of Cavtat, close to the beaches, restaurants and shops but it keeps it's privacy and calm. Originally built in 18th century, it has been restored with great care two years ago, beautifully converted to recreate a property of unique charm and quality.

This Villa is one of the oldest buildings in the region, whose foundations contain remains of walls and ceramic originating from ancient Epidaurum.

Either side of a manicured lawn, planted with orange groves and bay leaf trees. The property is surrounded by 2,5 m high walls, with an entrance just off the old town bay of Cavtat.

It has it's own separate entrace from the old town bay of Cavtat, and the second entrace from the other side of Cavtat including private parking area. It is fully airconditioned with all SAT TV and free Wireless internet connection

“Perfect stay!”

We had the most wonderful stay here at the beginning of August. The apartment is clean, spacious and very secure. We had our 4 year old with us and it was perfect for him being on the ground floor with a beautiful big garden and terrace to play in. Everything is within walking distance, the harbour, beaches and plenty of choice of restaurants. There is a great little supermarket and bakery nearby which came in very handy. Mia and her father were so helpful and welcoming and I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Fantastic choice for families.
