Independent Apartment feet in the ground floor, with veranda and small garden / orto.Accesso directed to the rocky beach. Location Acquacalda Lipari, volcanic area with spectacular views of Stromboli, Panarea and Salina. House situated in a small quiet residence of six apartments; is from Lipari town center about eight kilometers to reach by public transport. Apartment composed of a metrimoniale room and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a double bed; bathroom with shower; large living room with sofas and kitchen wall. Parabolic TV. Fully equipped kitchen. It has a beachfront veranda where you can have breakfast, dine, enjoy the immensity of the sea. The exterior is enjoyable for sunbathing with deck chairs and small vegetable / giardino.E 'also boasts an outdoor shower. Parking space in the common area. In Lipari it is possible to rent motorcycles and bicycles to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the island, the historical testimnianze ancient Greek, Roman Baths and Medieval Castle.

Il mese di Settembre -perfetto per clima e per numero di villeggianti- merita un servizio simile a quello del mese di agosto. “Perfetta, casa e zona molto consigliabile”
La casa si riva in una zona di Lipari molto tranquilla niente a che vedere con Lipari porto e Canneto. È separata dal mare da un strada. Ha una splendida veranda affacciata sul mare dove si può mangiare godendo di una vista fantastica.
