Description
Very nice and ventilated house, located 40 meters from the beach, with 5 suites, all furnished with bed linen and bath. It is a standard house 5 stars, with swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue. The house is very safe. It has high walls with electric fence. Wi-Fi.
The beach of Cumbuco is a gorgeous beach, prime area, located some 30 km from Beira Mar Avenue, main postcard of Fortaleza. It is an excellent option to rest, but also has some party options to Fisherman's Village (about 1.5 km), it is easy to find Internet cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, bar, sushi bar, beach umbrellas , small supermarkets and shops.
You also have the option of buggy rides through the dunes, quads rental, raft ride and the horse.
Through the years the beach of Cumbuco has adapted itself to the demands of visitors, the tourist infrastructure is one of the most important in the state of Ceará, has international cuisine with more than 20 restaurants, with reasonable prices, several specialty: Italian, French, German and regional among others. Another important highlight of Cumbuco are the heavenly beaches and lagoons. The lake Banana is an amazing landscape with a wonderful visual, makes beautiful pictures. The place is beautiful and great to relax in the tranquil waters of the lagoon. You can stay at the tables that are in the water or cozy up in one of the lounge chairs that are in the water. If you like adventure, you can take a jet skiing or banana boat ride. Anyway, if you want to relax and enjoy a bit of fresh water, for a change, this is the place. The Lagamar and Cauípe Bar "The best place to practice Kitesurf in Brazil" is formed by the mouth of Cauípe river flows into the sea, the beautiful landscape has dunes, mangrove and extensive area of coconut. This beach is also home to a fishing village.
Its privileged position is largely athletes from all over the world, since the best winds passing through the area. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are the most practiced. On the other hand, the municipality of Caucaia, has an excellent hospital infrastructure, schools, clubs, parks sanitation, roads, banks, post office, general trade, transport (bus, train), stadium and poliesportivos gyms, as well of tourism infrastructure, accommodation and meals.
Important! The main Bank Branches (Bradesco, Caixa Economica, the Bank of Brazil) are located at the headquarters of the Municipality of Caucaia. Cumbuco has ATMs of several banks.
For Kite Surf and Paddle Surf (Stand Up) - There is availability of rental equipment and schools for beginners.
