RENOVATED STONE HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL - AUTHENTICITY AND COMFORT

This holiday house with swimming pool is located near Dubrovnik in the small pituresque village Komaji on the south side of the Konavle region.
It is 7 kilometers west from beautiful historic town Cavtat and 20 km from Dubrovnik, the most beautiful town on the Adriatic coast.
Villa Kontrada is surrounded by natural beauty and also offers panoramic view to a lovely vineyards and green mountains. The house is in the heart of the village which is a lovely and peaceful .
The house dates from the begging of 20th century ( renovated in 2008 ) and is provencale in style.
It is a house of character, with a lot of charm, very bright and spacious.

The owner of the Villa is a local artist and you will find his beautiful paintings all over the house.

On your arrival in our Villa you will get very warm welcome from the owner .... a glass of our domestic vine, domestic prosciutto with cheese, very strong domestic brandy, fruits ....

The holiday house is trendily equipped with lots of facilities for pleasant family vacation.
If you want to swim in the clear Adriatic Sea, the nearest rocky beach is 1.5 km away from the accommodation. Or if you like pebble beach more, you will drive to Cavtat which is 5km from our Villa.
You will also be charmed by the inner freshness provided by the old white stone in different areas :

Villa Kontrada has three floors :

On the ground floor there are entrance with a corridor and stairs for the first floor.
First floor is very spacious. There are are 2 bedrooms ( both with double beds ) , 2 bathrooms ( one with a shower and the other with a bathtub ), lounge , dining room, kitchen (with appliances equipment quality.. 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave... ).
Upstairs, on the secound floor there are 2 bedrooms ( one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a 2 single
beds ), 1 bathroom with a shower and one special „Game room“ with TV.
Those game room is not only provided for playing video games or playstation games, but there is also one sofa bed for up to 1-2 persons sleeping.
Quality facilities are provide to keep you entertained: free Wi-Fi, DVD player, CD stereo, playstation with 2 joysticks ...

There are 2 small terraced areas on the first and second floor above the house with distant mountain views. A terraced area outside the kitchen is great for al fresco dining.
The holiday house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in a living room, washing machine, dishwasher, internet access, two TV / SAT.

A beautiful private pool just 2 metres away from the house has an automatic filtration system and barbecue. End of pool has a sitting area and sun decks where children can play or adults relax !

Additional comfort are two parking places and we also provide you 3 bikes for free on request.
Children and adults may ride a bicycles, can go horse riding, jogging and practice any other activity. There are plenty of tourist attractions a few kilometres away.

“Spectacular place”

The villa is such a wonderful place to stay very spacious very lively very clean, the pool is lovely a fabulous addition Very quiet area. A car is most definitely a must
