Villa Acra is a beautiful rented seaside villa waiting for you and your family, combining work in the city with beach holidays! 
This lovely villa is available throughout the year for unforgetable summer and winter holidays!

For those who love holidays by the sea, they are given the opportunity to enjoy warm and clear waters just a few steps away from their door.

This luxurious two-story building has a modern design with superb sea view and all the necessary equipment for a family holiday full of comfort, fun and varied activities!

It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terraces overlooking the sea and the sunset. 
Deluxe construction with central heating, air-conditioning, TV. 
It should also be remarked that our guests will be given 2 times a week cleaning services and linen change during their stay in Villa Acra 
Highlights: the distinct fragrances of the sea and the breathtaking sunset of the Thermaic Gulf and the magnificent view of Mt. Olympus.

Villa Acra is located in Epanomi beach, which is between Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki, just 15 km from the International Airport of Thessaloniki. 
It is on the edge of the Thermaic Gulf and overlooks the lush Mt. Olympus.

Why stay at Epanomi? 
Epanomi is known for its good wine, raki and its sunny shores marked with the blue flag! 
It is a "blessed" land, resided since the Neolithic Age. It is the second oldest known city in Macedonia and its economy is based on agriculture. 
A gifted land for wine connoisseurs, a region rich in vineyards, spectacular landscapes and quiet scenic walking and cycling paths. 
Visitors can experience many of the local and traditional festivities, which take part during the year. They can also savor fresh seafood or a glass of chilled white wine whilst sitting at a quaint fish tavern by the sea.

The town of Epanomi is within hiking distance and fish tavernas, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are located within walking distance.

If Anastasia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
