Welcome to this beautiful house with capacity for 6 people, located over the cliffs of Cala Serena (Felanitx) where you will be able to admire the best sunrise in Mallorca.

This wonderful house features a chlorine pool and a solarium area with up to 10 sun loungers where you can relax chatting, taking a cocktail or any other drink you feel like, while peacefully admiring the to and fro of the boats, yachts and shore boats sailing through the Mallorcan eastern coast. The pool sizes 5 x 6 metres and its depth goes from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. By the pool, you will find a stupendous built-in barbecue that invites to prepare delicious grilled recipes to taste under the porch afterwards, with the horizon as the best company. Some simple lawns areas will be the delight of the little ones to enjoy playing and running freely around.

The rooms are distributed on one floor so this is the perfect home for a family or groups of friends. It counts with one living room open to the dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can come all together and enjoy watching satellite TV or admiring the incomparable views over the terrace and the sea through the large windows. The living room heads to the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and all you can need to cook your favourite menus. In the same space you will find the washing machine, the ron and the ironing board. This floor also offers a shower bathroom and three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathtub bathroom, and the other two come with two twin beds. The accommodation is also perfect for the coldest months since it features central heating.

The house is locate in a quiet street near a residential area so it is easy to park nearby. This makes the place ideal for a relaxing vacation. It is near the centre of Cala d'Or where you will find a wide touristic offer in addition to the services that you may need like bars, restaurants, pharmacy and even boat excursions for the sailing lovers. It is a location with an important and reference tourist industry in the south of Mallorca. Although the sea is close to the house, the nearest sandy beach is Cala Serena. It is about 2-3 minutes by car but you can also go on foot if you feel like having a short walk. In about 30 minutes by car you can reach the area of Es trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi where you will discover absolutely dreamy beaches. Definitely, you are in the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea, and near a touristic area at the same time.
