Las Ventanas - Sasha's Hideout. Named after our beautiful baby girl. A place of rest, relaxation and serenity. A place to charge your batteries, chill in the tropical gardens, soak in the massive pool, and get ready for another day in paradise, whether scuba diving, fishing, island exploring, or just finding a new patch of crystal white sand in front of the dancing azure ocean. Location, Comfort, Amenities at great rates. Only one block from the Carribean sea and a short stroll to the town square, Las Ventanas is you perfect home away from home, whether its peace and tranquility on the sofa, in the tropical garden surroundings or the massive freshwater pool in site, this apartment has it all. Margaritas and fiesta are all available in the nearby restaurants and bars, it your choice! Perfect for friends, families or dive buddies, this is one of the most versitile and value for money rentals on Cozumel. Las Ventanas is perfectly located walking distance to all the neccessary amenties, but far enough away to miss the cruise ship crowds, or to jump in a rental jeep and explore the incredibly beautiful beaches around the island. A secure and private gated community, the multilevel building offers private entrances for the unit, an elevator, off street parking, lush tropical gardens and the HUGE fresh water pool.

The unit has been furnished for living, and furniture and beds are of superior quality. The unit is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style and there are tiles, fans and split level AC's throughout. There is a fully equiped kitchen, washer dryer in the laundry, 2 Flatscreen TVs, US TV stations and free wireless internet. The unit's living space is open plan between the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The ensuite master bedroom with a large king size bed is seperate from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with double beds. There is a patio with 4 chairs, table, BBQ and candle lamps for sundowners or entertaining, with beautiful views of the surrounding lush vegetation, and some ocean view west towards the Carribean Sea. You can look into the empty lot in front of Las Ventanas and see a herd of deer walking around the greenery. You are not facing into another condo. We have also just added an extra double air matress as well as a baby cot to our unit, so defintely ask if you have questions about family facilities and baby stroller rentals.

You also have access to the condo facilities with onsite management, maintenance staff and housekeeping (every day except Sundays).
