Description
Lovely 1-bedroom apartment, a part of the 'Sunny Island' Holiday Resort located in quite town of Chernomorets 30km from Burgas International Airport, Bulgaria, 8km from Sozopol town.
Apartment is in perfect condition, clean and tidy, providing all necessary equipment for your comfortable stay. Amenities include open plan kitchen and a balcony with bar table and chairs, featuring sea view. Bathroom suite is equipped with a shower cabin. Kitchen equipment includes ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, grill oven, and all essential cookware, china, and cutlery. Bed linen and towels provided. We offer optional weekly cleaning services for extra charge, please contact for information.
While enjoying sea view from the living room, the panorama of Sozopol town and bay located in 8km from Chernomorets can be seen from the bedroom. There is 300 metres walking distance to the private beach from the apartment. You can also enjoy local beach in the Chetnomorets town, or 6-km long Sveti Nicola beach in 2 km from Chernomorets. Sunny Island's private beach is in 20 min walking distance (300 metres). The beach features fine white sand and safe entrance to sea waters (it's getting deep slowly) – which is a benefit for families with children or those not so confident swimmers!
Sunny Island Holiday Resort:
Sunny Island is a luxury holiday resort built in 2011. Facilities management and servicing is provided together by Bulgarian and Spanish companies. The resort features 3 swimming pools including children's pool, standard deep pool, and Jacuzzi, free sun beds and parasols, children's playground, sports ground, recreation area with swing chairs, 24hr CCTV, free Wi-Fi and parking for the guests. Guests also enjoy 10% discount in the restaurant located within the resort.
Additional services can be arranged such as transfer to and from Burgas International Airport, and individual tours across the country. The owners live in Bulgaria permanently and always happy to assist when needed.
Transfer from Burgas International Airport is available by bus, taxi, or by private transfer arranged with us, please contact.
For cheap and /or charter flights from the UK look out for deals on Travel Supermarket or Wizz Air!
There is no smoking policy in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Extra beds are available prior to arrangement.

About the owners:
We are a family couple who lived and worked in Moscow. Some time ago we decided to move permanently to Bulgaria where we have small family business. We live in our own house with a small garden not far from Burgas. We enjoy travelling and having guests. We visited many countries and have friends all over the world. We have a dog that came with us from Moscow. After living some time in Bulgaria our dog's food taste changed to enjoy fruits and she is very fond of long countryside walks.
We love Bulgaria and know a lot about the country. We would be happy to share with you our knowledge and passion for Bulgaria. Please come over to enjoy sun and have fun!
