Description
Charalambos Holiday Cottage is located in Kalavasos, in a private and discrete location near the village centre.
Kalavasos is a small and quite village is 4 Kms from Zigi and Governor´s Beach, 30 minutes from Nicosia or Larnaca and 15 minutes from Limassol, centrally located to tour the whole island. Please send us a message in advance for availability.
Buy your foodstuff from small family shops, walk in the narrow flowered streets, help in the family farm and fields, visit the Kalavasos dam , the “Tenta” and “Chirokitia” Neolithic sites, the beautiful church of St. Mary, enjoy horseback riding at Drapia Farm, rent all types of bicycles, visit the Zygi marina for seafood, swim in Governor's or Secret Paradise beaches, enjoy traditional food from the local taverns or the hotel restaurant, walk in the village, enjoy spa in the Library boutique hotel and above all spend time with the locals during holiday/seasonal festivities (Easter, Summer festivals)! These are few of the things that you can do in Kalavasos.
The property is complimented with a private front yard full of flowers/herbs/grass lawn, shaded area where guests can enjoy their meal/drink and with the only private/ on site swimming pool in the village.
The house is made up of 5 independent and luxurious apartments (house available for family groups) each with en suite bathroom (power shower in all rooms), complete kitchen/utensils, fridge, gas stove, air condition and LCD TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. Each room is traditionally decorated and all contain a queen/king size custom made (2 with a 4 poster) bed and sitting area. Children of all ages are welcome upon confirmation and at an extra charge of 10 euro/night.
Charalambos Holiday Cottage is fully licensed by the Cyprus Tourist Authority and has a long family experience in hosting guests.
Georgoulla traditional studio features a large apartment with queen-size traditional iron bed, full-size kitchen with dining area and a seating area with sofa. The room leads to the common seating shaded area and the pool.
Another 4 apartments are available one being suitable for a family up to 3 children.
