A beautiful brand new luxury semi detached villa in the La Zenia area just a short walk from fabulous blue flag beaches and local amenities sure to appeal to all for your next break in the Costa Blanca area of Spain.
New to our portfolio is this stunning new villa with private gardens, drive way and swimming pool. The property is set in private landscaped gardens and has been designed to offer the very best accommodation for your holiday.
There is a very large open plan lounge with a feature island kitchen of the highest quality. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and lounge with flat screen TV and UK Freeview television system. Large sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to the fabulous pool and gardens.
The master bedroom with en-suite shower is on the ground floor and a feature staircase leads to the second floor where there is a full bathroom and two guest bedroom each with a balcony offering views of the surrounding area and the private gardens. The staircase continues to a second floor where you will find the private solarium, perfect for lazy days soaking up the sun.
This villa has been very well furnished and has been fitted with hot and cold air conditioning for your comfort. A superb villa that should be at the top of your list when booking your holiday.

“Everything we wished for”
We booked this villa for 2 weeks whilst our son got married in Spain, nearby. 50 guests attended - our accommodation was by far the best. Clean, airy, modern but comfortable. Very spacious. We walked to the shops and bars in 10 minutes and the beach was a similar distance. We had a couple of self-inflicted problems (a plug broke off in a power socket and separately we tripped the electric). Both times we texted the emergency contact and received an immediate reply and solution. The meet and greet, and check out, were both friendly and efficient. A wonderful holiday and WE WILL BE BACK. Full marks!

“An amazing holiday home!”
This villa made our holiday one to remember. The whole villa, including grounds, were spotless! The pool was cleaned and checked twice in our week there. The area was perfect with lots of decent resturaunts on the doorstep. We would have loved to book again for next year, but unsurprisingly, it's fully booked! The pictures actually do not show the full beauty of this villa. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home from home!
