House very well, both for a business, tourist stay or relaxation:-a 20 minutes from the business district of gare du Mans,-A 10 minutes from centre Leclerc of Allonnes, the 24 hours of Le Mans, and the output Circuit n ° 9 - Le Mans South - from Highway A11;
-at 20 minutes from the area north of Auchan (ring road or motorway) this House is suitable for those:-who need space and campaign.
-Who like to see the wildlife Derek: rabbits, geese grenache, deer, pheasants etc...
-Who want to make beautiful walks in the heart of a very large park of 400 Ha in the middle of the Woods and ponds - who like the old walls and the stories that they you chuchottent House is situated in the hamlet surrounding the castle of Saint Frambault.
Bedroom 1: Very spacious (34 m2, SB included), it is to the RC, and includes a choice 2 single beds (90/200) or 1 double bed king size (180/200) outside access to the lawn by 3 steps.
SB 1: New quality, with independent double washbasin, shower and toilet.
Kitchen, simple, 12 m 2, a little dark, but with a nice outside access to a table and 4 chairs.
Stay: Large, warm, 50 m2, with stairs to the first floor.
Bedroom 2: Mansard; Either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, with SB to the RC, close to the stairs.
SB 2: Separate toilet, separate shower, double washbasin.
The Court side Castle is to the West of the House.
Southeast of the House is the kitchen, on the South side.
To the East, lies the Grand Chamber 1, and with its gateway to 3 steps giving on the private Lawn (50 m2), yard parking (180 m2) with independent access.
A house where a family lives is located a little further, hidden by a high hedge of laurier.
The village of Bristol is 3 km (food, butchery, bakery closed Wednesday, tobacco-Café and point position) tourism in Sarthe: in the heart of the Valley of the Sarthe and its rentals of canoes and boats, mill girl and his tavern, pottery in Malicorne and its Museum, Château du Lude, Abbey of Epau, Zoo of Spay and La Flèche, Sound and light of the old town of le Mans, Museum of old cars of le Mans Circuit of the 24 hours of le Mans which can roll in part etc...
