Description
This lovely home is short walk to Manasota Beach. It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 3 bdrms & 2 baths. A private pool and lanai are perfect for outdoor living. Nightly rentals available with 4 night min. and discounted weekly rates. April rates require 5 night min. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and fishing gear provided for your use.
The Space
The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a separate sitting area and TV and access to the pool. A desk also provides a place to set up your laptop. The master bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower, and separate toilet room.
On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom which has a tub/shower.
The kitchen, living room and formal dining area are open to one another. The living room has a large screen TV, pull-out couch, and two easy chairs, with direct access to the lanai and pool. There are board games and books available.
The formal dining area has seating for six and a lovely mirrored credenza. The well-equipped kitchen has a counter with two bar stools as well as a separate table with four chairs. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and access to the garage.
The lanai and pool area are an extension of the house and have a table with six chairs, two sun loungers, two wicker chairs, a gas barbeque grill, and several small tables. There is a two-person swing which gets wonderful morning sun adjacent to the pool.
Outside the pool cage is a tropical back yard with 24 palm trees, grapefruit, lemon, banana, birds of paradise, and other flowering plants. There is an 8 foot wood fence which surrounds the back yard affording total privacy.
The garage is equipped with an automatic door opener and miscellaneous items are available for guest use including beach chairs, umbrella, two bicycles, fishing equipment, and cooler.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of a lock-off closet in the master bedroom. The owner's car and a few personal items in the third bay of the garage are also off limits to guests.
Interaction with Guests
A property manager will be available for key pick-up and any questions during your stay.
Other Things to Note
High speed Internet. Music system can be piped through out the house. I-Pad/I-Pod docking station available. There is no telephone land line at the house.
House Rules
There in no smoking allowed in the house and there are no pets allowed.
There is a $50/week utility allowance. Excessive electrical charges due to air conditioning or pool heat will be deducted from the security deposit.

“Everyone love staying here”
My family loved the stay here. The kids had a great time at the pool, the beach is very close and they provide everything you need to have a great time with them. Will definitely be booking again.
