Description
Well furnished 3 bedroom apartment in Mojacar Playa with a fantastic sea view from a good sized private terrace.
Just 10 minutes walk to the beach which has a childrens play area, bars, toilets and showers.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout which provides cooling or heating.
There is Fibre Optic broadband and a television.
The kitchen is well fitted with a microwave, electric hob/oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine, iron and board.

Blue flag beaches are in abundance in this area of Spain and for fish lovers Garrucha is either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away where you can find all manner of fish eateries. There are also a number of restaurants within 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment in the direction of the main area in Mojacar Playa

“Clean, well positioned for golf and beach, great host”
Not in the centre of things but easy access to Mojacar and Garrucha. Well maintained apartment with Colin available for help and information. Good taxi services around via any bar or restaurant or from the rank at the commercial centre.

“Third time lucky!”
This is our third stay at the apartment and everything is good. We love the views and the quiet area. The pool is a bonus and being near to the lovely beaches is great. The hill to the apartment is steep but we always have a car which we park in the garage just yards from the door. Colin, the owner, always answers our queries quickly and we know if we have a problem we can contact him. Once again, we had a lovely holiday and hope to visit again soon.
