Description

Welcome to this magnificent house in Montuiri, located in a 16th century convent, with large outdoor areas, gardens and an extraordinary pool. It is prepared for 10 people.

Its outdoors are simply spectacular, since they feature such a wide garden with large terraces from which you are going to be able to contemplate the mountains as well as Mallorcan nature. Furthermore, it has a salt private pool that sizes 12*5 m with a depth of 0.9 to 1.7 m. Just relax on 1 of the 12 sun loungers, spend pleasant evenings at the Chill-out or make a barbecue in the open air.

This house is a gem of Mallorcan rural architecture, preserving many historical and traditional elements that give it even more charm. It is distributed over two floors. The dining room features historical decoration, and the living room on the first floor is very spacious, bright, and cozy. Relax on its sofa, whether reading a book, watching satellite TV, or simply resting by the fireplace. If you want to relax even more, there is another small room equipped with a study area, two armchairs, and a small table. The independent traditional Mallorcan gas kitchen has a lot of charm and is fully equipped so you can cook without any problem. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has 7 bedrooms, five of them with double beds and two with two single beds each. Two of the double rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the house has a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

The house is located at about 1 km from Montuïri, in a privileged rural environment. It has good access to different sites of interest and leisure. In Montuïri you will find anything you may need during your stay. The Museum Son Fornés is definitely worth a visit: it is situated in a 18th century flour mill and exhibits pottery and bone-, stone- and bronze tools from the megalithic stage. You also might like to visit the archaeological site of Son Fornés or the oratory “Mare de Déu de la Bona Pau”, situated on top of the 259m high hill Puig de Sant Miquel. At 27 km is located the beach of Sa Ràpita as well as many other beaches that are located nearby that same zone.
