Description
This house was completed in early 2013 and is set on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the green, pine forests. The property is located in Posidi, Chalkidiki in the Macedonian region of Greece.
The ground floor of the villa comprises a living room, kitchen with fiiied appliances and many cabinets,1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a 50 sq m veranda with a sea view and a 20 sq m veranda overlooking the forest.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 is master room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with views of the sea and the forest.
The entire house is airconditioned by 5 seperated units.
The villa is surrounded by 1200 sq m of private garden, with lawn and plants. There are 2 open parking spaces and 1 enclosed. It is very close to the beach bars, fish taverns and the main shopping areas.

“Fabulous views, luxurious house and amazing quiteness”
The welcoming was very friendly and useful: the owner guided us by car to the house in person and took his time to show us around at the premises and in the area. Thanks to him we knew the best fish restaurants and the nicest beaches. Also the bowl of fresh fruit on arrival was much appreciated. The house is very comfortable and has more than the expected amenities. Our extended family of 7 adults always had plenty of space. The well maintained garden is enormous and the shaded patio is relaxing. You can enjoy the astonishing view over the sea at all times. A car is recommended since the house is located on the top of a hill, though it is possible to walk to the nearest beach in 15 to 20 minutes.
