With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, Wi-Fi/Internet, private pool, air-conditioning and satellite tv to name but a few, this is one of the best appointed holiday villas in the Secret valley area.
This luxurious Golf Villa with mature gardens affording privacy & seclusion is situated nr Secret Valley Golf Course with an open outlook over the adjacent green area & towards the Mediterranean Sea.. The property enjoys a quiet situation in a small cul-de-sac, only a few minutes from the developments entrance. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.
Both the interior and exterior have been designed and finished tastefully in keeping with a development and villa of this stature. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Modern furnishings, fittings, appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machnee incl) and extras such as dishwasher, BBQ, and Premium Channel IPTV have been carefully planned and provided for a stress free, all taken care of holiday where you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of Movies and TV Series which is regularly updated.**

“Amazing villa!”
We had a great holiday at the Villa Kerrie near Paphos. Lovely villa, super pool and a delightful village called Kouklia nearby for some authentic Cypriot food and friendliness. We’ll be back!

“Amazing”
This was our first time staying at villa Kerrie. On arrival we had been left a welcome pack which saw us through till the following morning for breakfast, which was brilliant as it meant we didn’t have to go shopping straight away. The villa was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool was a godsend in the hot weather and a winner with the children who spent hours of fun in it. The villa is set in a very quiet and pretty village where you will need to drive if you want to venture out! We didn’t mind this at all as the drive had stunning views wherever we went. We visited Aphrodite’s rock which was a 5 minute drive from the villa. We also drove into Paphos town for a few dinners, a stroll along the beach and some shopping which was about a 20 minute drive.

“Fabulous!”
This villa is lovely, and we were delighted with our choice. We had two great weeks here with our two young boys and we didn't want to go home! The garden and pool really are as good as it looks in the photos, which was our main reason for choosing it... Simply stunning! The villa is set up in the hills in a private and peaceful location, it's contemporary, clean and fresh. Good sized bedrooms, with great views from the master bedroom out to the sea. It is well equipt, kitchen a bit small, but still ticked all the boxes. If you love being around the pool you'll find this perfect but if you are a beach lover the nearest ones are a little disappointing. There are some great restaurants all within around a 15-20 drive, and a small shop in nearby Aphrodite hills around 5 mins drive. Nearest supermarket 20 minutes away on the outskirts of Paphos which sells absolutely everything. We would definately love to stay at this villa again, and would highly recommend to families or we would even stay here as a couple.

“Well appointed golf villa, maximum quiet and privacy”
Family of 4. We stayed one week in July 2011 at the height of the summer heat. We enjoyed golf in the early morning hours. Followed by tours of Paphos, Pissouri, Aphrodite Beach, Paphos forest, Kourion,Troodos and nearby beaches and lunch. Afternoons the children enjoyed the pool while Mum and Dad had a rest before evening outings or stay-in barbeque by the pool and garden. Very quiet, loads of privacy. Villa had everything we needed and was tastefully furnished and laid out.
