Villa Demetra is positioned in an exceptional residential area and only 3km from Protaras center and 5.5km from Agia Napa center, where you can find more amazing beaches and nightlife to suit couples and families alike.
Villa Demetra has brought a new dimension to Mediterranean living, focusing on privacy, indoor and outdoor living and traditionalism. The villa is built on 3 levels. The basement being the first level, which is accessible from externally and internally boasts a luxury Sauna with shower, a private Gym with modern equipment, a w.c and a Table Tennis area making this a perfect area for fun, relaxation and exercise for everyone. The nearest beach which is just 500m away from the villa is Konnos Bay, a Blue-Flag destination complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar.
Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis"-a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike. The area's sole hotel-the Grecian Park-is a modern and relaxed five-star neighbor who has respected and enhanced the natural surroundings.
The Villa is in the heart of Cape Greco National Park, a pristine Mediterranean landscape, inviting during the spring to autumn seasons, and great for outdoor hikes and nature trips during the winter.
