The Ecolodges Lys are ecological houses, timber frame and on stilts, designed for families and small amateur groups of "green tourism and blue." Offering all the comforts for 4 people and fully accessible, the eco-lodges are located along riverbanks, near hiking trails and tourist facilities (marinas, mooring points, bird sanctuaries, museums, restaurants, parks and gardens ... ). They are for hikers and boaters unusual steps to cross the Lys Valley, the ideal starting point to discover the heritage of the towns and villages along the river. These huts enable hikers a change of scenery, to be closer to nature, yet close to everything. The Ecolodges Lys has it all: an original and environmentally friendly accommodation in a relaxing setting, at competitive prices. You will find everything you need to cook and eat in this perfectly arranged housing. With family or friends, you will enjoy this cabin near the banks of the Lys. Located away from the bustle, the ecolodge of Sailly-sur-la-Lys offer you a nice place for the night. A private health hut on the site will give you every comfort during your stay! RULES Respect the equipment provided. Make housing in a clean condition. night linen and toiletries not supplied (for hire on site - Bed linen 12 € / bed 2 persons, towels 4 € / person). On arrival, a deposit of 36 € (check or cash) will be requested. It will be returned at the end of the stay if no hardware or other inconvenience damage is found. Response from the owner Bonjour, Nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire car nous vous avions bien expliqué la situation. Vous avez contacté plusieurs membres de notre équipe à plusieurs reprises et avons toujours donné suite à vos interrogations. Pour rappel, vous avez réservé 10 nuitées dans un écolodge en pleine période estivale (août). Tous les autres écolodges étant occupés par d'autres voyageurs, nous ne pouvons pas priver ces derniers de leurs vacances pour favoriser votre propre séjour en dernière minute. Tout était mentionné dans la fiche de l’hébergement, le concept de l'écolodge est de pouvoir se ressourcer en pleine nature. Par téléphone, vous nous avez avoué n’avoir pas lu l’annonce jusqu'au bout, ce qui est déjà problématique lorsque l'on réserve une location... Votre manque de vigilance n’est pas de notre ressort. Par ailleurs, s'il n'y avait pas eu de grillage, vous nous auriez fait part de votre inquiétude de séjourner dans un espace non clôturé et accessible à tous. A vous lire, nous sommes persuadés que vous n’avez vraiment pas réservé le bon séjour et le bon hébergement... Dans votre cas, il semblerait que les hôtels ou campings soient plus adaptés à votre besoin d’être entourés directement par d’autres voyageurs. Merci, L’équipe de Lys Sans Frontières
