This stunning barn conversion is situated on a Devon farm, 2.5 miles from Tavistock, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Woodstone Barn is a stunning barn conversion situated on a Devon farm, 2.5 miles from Tavistock, and can sleep nine people. There is a ground floor, king-size double bedroom with ramped access, a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a ground floor wet room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. There is also a utility room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and foldaway bed suitable for a child up to 16 years on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Covered bike, surfboard and canoe storage. Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. No smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Cafe 1 mile. Note: One step into property, then a ramp to ground floor living area and small wet room. Note: Property accessed via a 200 yard farm track. Note: Due to the livestock on site if you are bringing a dog they must be kept on a lead at all times
