Kapsalia Holiday Villa is one of 6 spacious high-set villas with PRIVATE in-ground pool, perched at the top of Pissouri Village with balcony views over Pissouri Bay. Each Kapsalia villa sleep 6 in 2 bedrooms ( both en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin, both with air conditioning unit ) plus 2 convertible chairs in the lounge area which also has access to a 3rd shower/basin/toilet. Relax in the cool and spacious, open plan living/dining/kitchen with modern facilities including washing machine, iron & iron board, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, satellite TV with a big nu of channels in english, WI-FI, A/C units and DVD player.
Two sliding patio doors lead out to the patio, private gardens and pool. Enjoy Pissouri Bay & mountain views from your private balcony with patio furniture. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 nights. Many of our guests return every year because of the pleasure of this holiday experience.
Kapsalia Villa is also available with lounge a/c ( Fully a/c ) if needed.
Also satellite TV with about 30 english speaking channels, included BBC world news & CNN news.
The villa facilities are clean and modern and maintained to a high standard. The interior design is best suited to one or two families with two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms, each with balconies upstairs, and the open plan living areas downstairs. The lounge room includes two single sofa chairs which convert to beds for your extra guests. They will have access to the third bathroom, downstairs.
Please note that the villa can accommodate up to 6 included 2 children with an extra cost

When you are using the air conditioners, it is important that doors and windows remain closed.
We STRONGLY recommend, when you are out of the room, villa or apartment, the a/c units MUST to be off.
While smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa, we encourage you to smoke outdoors to maintain the cleanliness of the villa for your benefit and as a courtesy to future occupants. Your consideration is very much appreciated. Thanks again.

The Blue Flag beaches of Pissouri Bay are also a short drive away and offer an even wider range of popular cuisine.

“Lovely comfortable holiday home in the sun”
Pissouri is a lovely location being a relatively unspoilt Cypriot village built on the side of a steep sloping hillside and then easy access to Pissouri Beach 3 kilometres away and down the hill which offers the visitor some good water sport facilities and a range of restaurant/tavernas to suit most tastes. The beach is typical of the area being a narrow pebble stretch with a little sand. There are a full range of sunbeds and umbrellas at very good rental price for the day. Kapsalia Holiday Villa is located on the outskirts of the village and on one of the higher spots on the outskirts of the village with lovely views and providing sunshine for nearly the whole day over the pool and lounging area. The surrounding area itself is built up with mainly quality residential properties and villas and Kapsalia Holiday Villa is typical of this type of building. Nicely appointed house with two bedrooms (one double bed and one with twin beds both en-suite ) and facilities to extend accommodation by using comfortable chair beds in the large lounge area and another toilet and shower facility provided on ground floor- also very useful for general use during the day. My wife and I were looking for a quiet and restful few days in the sun and having been to Pissouri on two previous occasions and knowing the area well we chose this location again and we were not disappointed. It is a reasonable gentle downhill walk into the village to the local restaurants and tavernas that offer a variety of options for dining although we chose to drive down as parking available very close to the village centre. The property offered exactly what we were looking for and gave us a very comfortable stay for ten lovely days spending most of our time lounging in the sun by the pool and taking the opportunity to use the charcoal barbecue as super selection of fresh meat fish and vegetables available from an excellent supermarket that stocks everything you could possibly need a short five minute drive from the villa. The owner was always very helpful although we had little requirement to contact him during our stay but he was always available if required. Altogether a most enjoyable holiday in the sun
