Description
The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood;
The main level includes 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry/laundry room.
The two spacious bedrooms have queen size beds with adjustable base, new top of the line comfortable mattresses, high quality linens, large closets dressers and HDTV flat screen with WIFI streaming for movies and cable/satellite. A "pack n play" fully equipped crib is available upon request.
The garden bedroom has French doors opening directly to the splendiferous back garden offering privacy and tranquility.
The recently remodeled bathroom has a tub and shower.
The large bright dining room seats six with French door opening to back garden.
The living room has a leather couch, a queen size sofa bed with confortable firm mattress for extra guests (extra blankets and linens are available at no additional cost) and a double recliner. It has a gas fireplace and a 55” flat screen HDTV with Satellite / Cable,WIFI streaming for movies, Netflix, Hulu, blue ray DVD player and a CD player with IPhone dock.
The newly updated fully equipped kitchen has quartz slab countertops, top of the line appliances, quality cookware and every cooking utensil needed.
Pantry/laundry room has max capacity Maytag washer and dryer
Outdoor gas grill with tools and outdoor dining table for 6, external heater
Comfortable chaises and a hammock to relax in the garden
The house is situated walking distance from bus stop for local buses and buses to San Francisco. 10 minutes drive to Ferry Service to San Francisco from Sausalito and Larkspur, 6 minutes to Golden Gate Bridge and 25 minutes to downtown San Francisco (traffic permitting), 10 minutes to downtown Mill Valley or downtown Sausalito, 15 minutes to Muir Woods, Muir Beach, Tiburon, Marin Headlands, 25 minutes to Stinson Beach or top of Mt. Tamalpais , 45 minutes to the Sonoma and Napa Valley wine country.
The Marin Airporter bus to San Francisco Airport is close by.
Hike or ride the bike (2 fully equipped mountain bikes provided) to Tennessee Valley Trail all the way to Tennessee Valley Beach, or explore the many great hiking trails and bike roads of Mt. Tamalpais, where the mountain bike was invented. Biking and hiking map provided.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted and can access back garden through dog door. Property has direct access to adjacent kids and dogs park.
