Wonderful Mallorcan Finca with private swimmingpool and beautifull gardens located very close to the beach at only 3 km from the Puerto Pollensa Bay, at 5 min drive to the marina and the old town of Pollensa.It is at 15 min drive to Formentor the most exclusive holiday resort in Spain, and 15 km to the best beaches of Alcudia.
This property has a kitchen fully fitted, air conditioning, WIFI DVD; SAT TV; and covered BBQ area by the pool
It is surrounded by gardens of natural beauty and incredible mountain views
In this area you can enjoy all kinds of maritime activities, diving, surfing, skateboarding surfing, hiking, road biking, paragliding, horse riding, golf, tennis, adventure sports,etc..
This property has the max capacity. 6 people, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds becouse the rooms are very spacious (with extra price) or a baby cot free of costs
Check in time is after 14:00 and check out before 10:00 pm.
In high season bookings are flexible in low season

“Peace and tranquility”
Lovely rustic villa down some quiet rural roads. Very close to the supermarkets, Porto de Pollenca and Pollenca old town. The villa caters for all your needs and has the bonus of comfy beds and pillows (usually hard to find). The pool and BBQ area are spacious and well kept and pleasure to relax around. Due to Covid we were concerned about the safety measures in place but all restaurants, shops etc. were well prepared with masks being mandatory. If you fancy a fantastic meal in a lovely location try La Trencadora In Pollenca old town. Delicious!

“Fantastic”
If you want an amazing villa close to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca or Alcudia this is your one. the pool is the best we have had on the island and the owner is very helpful.... We will be back
